
Mid-Weight Account Manager
We are a branding agency made up of out-of-the-box thinkers, strategists, writers, designers and developers. We help brands create new products and categories, as well as working with established businesses who want to stay relevant for a new generation. We work across multiple categories using the learnings from one to inspire the next.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our current team of 12, based in East London. We are a young, ambitious studio looking for a go-getter to join our team and grow with us. Our branding projects include strategy, copy, type design, identity design, packaging, web and image direction across a wide range of industries from tech to beauty, fashion, retail and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- - Building scope documents, proposals and timetables for projects.
- - Arrange meetings and prepare agendas.
- - Emailing & following up with ongoing discussions with clients.
- - Overseeing operations within the studio, deadlines, project deliveries & production timetables.
- - Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
- - Preparing contracts, issuing invoices, and paying bills following agreed payment terms.
Experience & Skillset:
- - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- - Experience in the design or branding industry is important.
- - A passion to help deliver game-changing creative work throughout the process.
- - Flexible, driven, self-motivated and punctual.
- - Experience in management resource software such as Notion, Airtable, Asana.
- - Great communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain good client relations.
- - Confidence to lead meetings, rally the team and engage in internal and external workshops.
Level: Mid-Weight
Salary: 30-40k
